Real estate is a relationship-based business, and David’s previous work as an executive in the hospitality industry has given him the experience needed to build successful client relationships. Buying or selling a home is an important decision. David takes the time to listen to his clients as they share their dreams and goals, as well as answer their questions. Armed with that information, he then helps clients develop a plan to meet their goals and works tirelessly on their behalf.

David is committed to being the best real estate professional he can be. With that in mind, he stays on top of industry and economic trends so he is better able to provide reliable, up-to-date advice on home prices, mortgages, and market conditions. He is an avid reader of business books and trade magazines.

David left the hospitality industry and entered the real estate field because of his continuing desire to be in a business that helps people improve their lives and achieve their dreams.

Having been raised in suburban Maryland and currently residing in Annapolis, David has a good feel for the area’s neighborhoods. His clients have bought and sold properties from the Baltimore and DC metro areas to Annapolis, southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore.

When he is not busy with buyers or sellers, David enjoys traveling, attending sporting events (particularly baseball and football), live music especially in local, smaller venues, reading, and visiting art and history museums. Since he has a food and beverage background, David also enjoys cooking and exploring the restaurant and dining scene.
